Judiciary
The Judiciary of Bhutan has a single unified judicial system with the Supreme Court standing at the
apex. The judicial authority of Bhutan is vested in the Royal Court of Justice, comprising of the
Supreme Court, the High Court, the District Court, the sub-division Court and Tribunals.
